My Deer Den is progressing

Just to give a small update on "The Deer Den". I finally got the sheetrock all done, thank god I am in no rush. This is something that I figured I could do when the weather is bad during the winter and of course most of the work will be done after deer season.

I at least had to get the wiring, insulation and sheetrock done before cold weather set in for heating purposes of course.

Here is the stairwell leading up to my soon to be "treestand", of course that remark was a bit tacky.

One corner will have a small entertainment center with of course a dvd/vhs player for all those deer hunting movies I have. It will also have a nice color TV so I can keep track of the local weather reports before heading out.

Size of TV is undetermined at this point, it all depends on what the family accountant has to say (my wife Heidi).
The other corner is going to have my computer set up.

This is the other end that will lead into the walk in attic. That corner you see will have a work bench and cabinets so I can clean my guns and some day I would like to load my own shells.

Of course there is a lot more to the room but this will give you an idea of "The Deer Den"

When it is all done I promised Heidi that all my deer stuff will be moved upstairs and the rest of the house was hers to decorate as she see's fit.

Looks like it's going to be a nice room. I know you'll enjoy it.
