Spike Buck on a Sunny November morning

A beautiful Sunday morning drive out to breakfast gave us a real nice deer sighting, even though the deer was a little quicker than I was with the camera he still stopped long enough to snap off a shot until he gracefully bounded off.

When I took the picture from the car he was approximately 30 yards, when I first stopped he was in the open at 20 yards. He had very symmetrical spikes that I would say were about 10" +/- in length.

If he manages to stay clear in 9 days, he will grow up to be a nice deer.

If he comes near my stand he won't make it.

Arthur, he was pretty big for his age.
