I have been thinking about my blog again (I know, don't be scared :) but, I am always trying to find ways to keep you all coming back for more (I do get lonely ya know, haha). I thought why don't I try some sort of
Trivia Challenge. Obviously most of the challenges will consist of deer but I'll be fair and throw in some turkey and trout and maybe even plain old outdoors stuff in there somewhere.
I am going to try and do this every week and see how you all like it.
What do you all think?Want to play?Question #1- What was the greatest whitetail buck ever taken by a hunter?
Answer will be posted next week:As an added item if you have a trivia challenge question that you would like me to find the answer to then please send it to me in a
email. Just as soon as I can answer it I will post it and of course mention who sent it to me.

I think it's a wonderful idea. Being as there aren't many Whitetails in Oregon I figure I'll be learning more than getting the right answer. Fine by me, let's play.
And i thought you were going to start another blog, PHEW!
It sounds like fun. I believe the biggest buck ever taken by a hunter was the Milo Hansen buck. I think though there is one waiting to be scored that may be better.
sounds like an excellent idea rick! I belive that the largest buck ever taken was the beatty buck.I think it scored over 300 inches or something like that.
This is a fine idea, Rick. Since I don't hunt I will be laying in wait for some trout questions. I have a lot to learn so challenge away.
Thanks all, I think this will be fun.espi
Good idea Rick. I don't hunt but I do google. Quick easy way to find answers. lol
Jody, googling is fine. That is how I came up with the first question.
Rick-this is a neat idea!! Even though I haven't a clue what the answer is : ) But I'll be checking back for the answer-then I can impress my husband!
This is a great idea, Rick!
Wandering Owl, I thought it would break up things a bit. Thanks!
I hunt only with my camera. :)
I see guesses of Hansen and Beatty and I googled and found a Fulton.
Hmmm....
Guess I'll google more.
Carletta, the answer will be posted tomarrow.
