Moose, I check out your answer. I'll say no more. :)
Bit of head scratching over here Rick, my first thought was sperm whale, the thinking being because of the depths that they dive too to feed, but then with the size of their blood vessels I thought not, I thought about several other mammals at first large, elephant, hippo, etc. then the smallest such as mice, weasels (high metabolisms?) and so on, but in the end I’ve plumped for the giraffe – the only reason being it would need a decent pump to get a head of water that high, sort of logical thinking (I hope).
