A How-To Video for Cleaning a Wild Turkey

Staying on the subject of turkey's and turkey hunting I was thinking what do I do with it when I get it. Do I do what I did with chicken's on the farm when I was a youngster or do I do something else.

I found this video on Youtube that seemed to make sense and looked quite easy. You take a look and let me know what you think or if there is a different way. I'm not saying I am going to tag one this year but, I will say I am better prepared than last year.

That is pretty much the method I use as well, although sometimes I remove the whole breast intact by cutting it loose at the wing sockets.

Rob, that is good to know. It will come in handy when I finally do tag one.

That is exactly what we do, Rick. It works like a champ, and it tastes awesome.

Albert, that great.

Arthur, I can't wait to try it myself
